Okay so as i was thinking about how it was possible to run two plugins using close to the same code at the same time when there are multiple redefinitions which occour causing errors…. The idea hit me like a bolt of lightning!

Why not just make the google advertisement plugin multiple use and allow the user to decide between our selected banner advertisements and googles advertisements?

So it took me just under 4 hours and the plugin is now made. You can now;

Pick between banner advertisements and Google ,

If you pick banner advertisements

You can choose which pages show advertisements, how many ads are shown (1-3) on those pages and the positioning!

If you choose google advertisements you can pick:

The size of the advertisement,

The colour of the text, boarder, url, description, background

How many google ads per page and post

And the ad posisitioning (left, right, centered, random)

It is best to pick google for two reasons;

You get 70% of the share by getting your own google account and adding your publisher id (see settings-adsense publisher for details)

The advertisementsrelate to the text you write and can be matched to your blogs style.

So

I’m guessing your wondering how long will it be befor these advertisements are, in a way, forced on me, how much will it cost to take them away if i want neither and when can i start making some money?

The issue is that there are many spam blogs on choseit.com so in order to activate google advertisements there needs to be no bad content blogs such as gambling or adult material. So in otherwords i will be(single handedly unfortunatly) looking through 1,700+ blogs and removing all bad content blogs one by one and only then can i activate the plugin.

Once activated there will be 3 ways to remove the ads:

Pay only $1 a month for the removal of advertisements or $5 for half a year (6 months) or $8 for a year,

The second option is that you can take part in the monthly competitions we hold where up to three winners get their own domain name, hosted free by choseit.com. In these competitions there are 3 steps 1-2 may be free offers and 1 or 2 may need you to do somthing like; write a small post on blogging or signing you blog up to the sites directory.

The third method will be a members only area where once you log into it you complete a survey and once completed, within 48 hours the advertisements will be removed.

In terms of when the advertisements will be added firstly i will need to develop a new mass emailing method to send out all the emails to the users since the current method does not work in order to tell them about the changes being made (about 1-4 weeks).

As a side note, hopefully i will be able to also add in text link ads from google as well  into the plugin within the next few weeks
